Believe it or not, this is exactly what God wants to hear from each one of us—we can’t make it on our own. To those who are willing to hand over the reins of their lives to Him, He promises—“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. When you read the story of Sandy in this issue of Heart of the Mission, you will see God’s promise from Isaiah at work in her life. As you read about Chris, a unique volunteer who spent the summer with us, you’ll also hear how God calls us to a higher purpose than we can imagine.
