J.V. Crockett J.V. Crockett – Chair

Tenure: J.V. has served on the Board since 1992.
Profession: Principal of law firm, Corbett Crockett
“My involvement with the Mission initially began when I was contacted by them to assist with some legal issues. After helping in that capacity, I volunteered to serve on the Board because I believe in the work the Mission does. In providing food, clothing and shelter to the hurting and homeless and offering recovery programs to help them regain meaningful lives, the Mission embodies what the Bible asks us to do. I'm proud to be a part of it.”

Bob McKinney Bob McKinney – Vice Chair

Tenure: Bob has served on the Board since 2004.
Profession: Works with First Tennessee Bank
”I started volunteering in the kitchen a number of years ago. Over time, I got to know several staff members and some of the Mission's guests. Eventually, I was asked to serve on the Board of Directors. It is my privilege to be associated with an organization that is devoted to following Christ's command to 'love your neighbor.'”

Leveda Parton Leveda Parton – Assistant Vice Chair

Tenure:
Leveda has served on the Board since 2004 and has been a volunteer with the Mission since 1985.
Profession: Retired, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers
“Real happiness doesn’t come from being served but from serving others.”
Rosemary Ragan Rosemary Ragan – Secretary

Tenure: Rosemary has been on the Board since 1999, but has been volunteering at the Mission since 1988.
Profession: Retired Metro Nashville School Teacher
“As a retired teacher I recognize the need for education as a part of any life-recovery program. The Mission's outreach to the hungry, the homeless, the addicted and the hurting is a program I am glad to be a part of. I am delighted we are making a difference for the glory of the Lord.”

Jerry Faulkner Jerry Faulkner - Treasurer

Tenure: Jerry has served on the Board since 2001 and has been involved with the Mission since 1988.
Profession: Co-founder and owner, Faulkner Mackie & Cochran, P.C.
“Hopefully, the gifts God has given me in business will benefit the Mission. When I hear testimonies from those at the Mission, I am amazed by what God is doing and I am inspired to continue to seek ways to help. I have also come to realize I need the Mission on my faith journey as much or more than the Mission or its guests need whatever I might have to offer.”
